In person in Wilmington or virtual, with the team that engineers and assembles the equipment. Somebody competent is productive within a couple of days, and genuinely comfortable after roughly a dozen jobs.
Training does not expire and there is no per seat charge. When your trained person moves on, the next one is trained at no additional cost, for the life of the machine.
Parts sit on a shelf in North Carolina and ship domestic, so a failed component is days rather than weeks. Print heads are stocked as scheduled wear items.
Run by your own operator, not by a service call: about 15 minutes every other day the machine is in service, plus an annual service. The pump box circulates ink on its own every 12 hours, which removes the dominant failure mode in this category.
Ink ships from the same building that supports the machine. No third party sourcing, no compatibility guesswork.
Technical support does not end when the five year hardware warranty does. As long as you own the machine, the Wilmington team answers for it, nine to eight Eastern, seven days a week.
Warranty terms in writing: five years on new equipment, six months hardware on certified reconditioned. A 50 percent deposit starts the build. Delivery runs four to six weeks. Response comes from the Wilmington team by phone, email or video during support hours; tell us the severity when you call and machine-down issues move first.
Seriously. Call 910.632.0320 and ask a technical question. How support treats a stranger evaluating equipment tells you how it will treat an owner at four o'clock on a Friday.
Text "Get Started" and tell us your city. A real person answers, usually the same business day. Prefer to talk? Call 910.632.0320. North and South America.
