Floors
Courts and athletic surfaces, warehouse and plant zone marking, retail and wayfinding paths, garage and parking, event and lobby floors. Handled by the dedicated Floor Series, a wheeled unit, not by the vertical machines. Abrasion data under athletic and industrial traffic, slip resistance, and clear coat requirements are being formally documented; ask before you plan a program around them, and we will tell you what is verified today.
Interior vertical surfaces
Drywall, plaster, and painted surfaces in corridors, lobbies and stairwells. Ultrasonic sensors read the surface as it prints, so texture is workable. Chalky paint, unsealed masonry and bad repaints need prep first, and assessing the surface is part of the operator's job.
Brick, block, concrete and stucco
Printed into the surface, which adhesive-backed material cannot hold on. Outdoors and uncoated, expect two to three years of print life before it needs a clear coat; coatings extend it. That limit is published here rather than discovered later.
Glass and acrylic
Partitions, privacy frosting, wayfinding on glass, storefront work. White ink under color is what makes imagery read on transparent and dark substrates.
Metal, panels, canvas and shop stock
Equipment, dock and gate identification printed in place, or secondary surfaces run in the shop: metal sign blanks, aluminum, acrylic and PVC panel stock, and canvases, printed on the same machine and installed or hung conventionally. The shop path fits work above the 11 foot height limit, full-coverage jobs where the edge margin needs planning, and the sign and canvas work that keeps the machine busy between site jobs.
The constraints that apply everywhere: maximum print height 11 feet on vertical work, an edge margin of roughly about 9.25 inches from the left wall, 14 from the right, 6 to 8 top and bottom. corner to corner jobs print panels or hand finish the edge. Power is required at the surface, and throughput is 15 to 30 square feet an hour depending on mode.
